Donald B. McMullen

Donald Boyd McMullen, age 97, passed away on December 29, 2017 peacefully… surrounded by family.

Donald was born on August 22, 1920 to Walter and Addie McMullen. He married Ruth McAllister on July 6, 1940 and they spent 77 years together residing in Meridian, Idaho. He spent his working career in farming. He started his own business specializing in hay chopping for area cattle-feeders until his retirement. Donald loved to ride his Harley, fishing, hunting, and enjoyed many family trips. After his retirement, he loved getting on his tractor and tilling his garden.

Donald is survived by his wife, Ruth of Meridian, ID; daughters, Beverly (Don) Miller of Tacoma, WA, Donna (Jim) Davis of Boise, ID, Linda (Robert) Hamilton of Boise, ID; son, David (Debbie) McMullen of Kuna, ID; 11 grandchildren; and many great and great-great grandchildren.

Donald was an honest, hardworking farmer that loved his family and his little Yorkie “Max”.
