Albert Teeter

Albert I. Teeter, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away June 22, 2017.  Albert was the first child of  Ward and Katherine Teeter, born on April 23, 1925 in Wilder, Idaho.  He lived in the community of Arling Valley as a young child and later moved to the Boise area.  While attending Franklin High School, Albert worked for Joe Albertson, scooping ice cream at the soda fountain in the original Albertson's store on State Street.  He married Winnabeth White on May 5, 1945 and they operated a dairy farm for 32 years.  After retirement they became snowbirds and enjoyed spending the winters in Arizona.  Together Albert and Winnabeth enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and many other outdoor activities.

He is survived by his five children, Terry Teeter (Cheryl), Alice Dingeldein (Dennis), Linda Svancara, Larry Teeter (Pam), and David Teeter (Janie); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his brother Ward Teeter, Jr. (Barbara); and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceeded in death by his parents, his wife Winnabeth, his sister Sharon, and his brother Donald.

A viewing will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 28, 2017 and funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, June 29, 2017, both at Cloverdale Funeral Home.
