Benjamin “Ben” Decker was born on November 17, 1982 in Korea and was adopted by Robert “Bob” Decker and Terese “Terry” Decker. He was a son, a husband, a brother, and a veteran in the United States Air Force. Ben had worked as a professional server at several high-end restaurant establishments. He also served in the US Air Force and completed his BA in Political Science from University of Hawaii-Hilo.
He was raised on the Big Island of Hawaii and he was a world traveler, visiting places such as Mexico, Canada, and many places in the Orient. He later spent time in Mexico where he met his wife Aidee Egremy-Valdez. They were married in July of 2017 and later moved to live in San Diego. They moved to Boise in March of 2023 to make their family roots permanent.
Ben is survived by his wife Aidee, his mother Terry, sister Christy of Boise, aunt Jackie, and cousin Heidi all of Boise. He loved his Mexico family which consisted of mother-in-law Susi, father-in-law Rene’, sister-in-law Nad, and brother-in-law Rene’. Ben leaves many other family and friends all over the world.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 13th at 10am at the Cloverdale Church of God located at 3755 S. Cloverdale Rd., Boise, ID 83709.
