Born May 1, 1968 in Orange California to Constance Marie Eubanks and Frank Garcia Martinez. He Left this earthly world on October 3, 2021. Carlos was 53 years old. He ascended while in the loving arms of his wife Peggy and his sister Eula.
Carlos Graduated from Twin Falls High School in 1987, continued his education at ITT Tech and completed at the top of class in 1995, after graduating he worked at Micron Technology for 20 years as a technician. He was currently working at ON Semiconductor.
Carlos married his soulmate and love of his life on February 9, 2001. They had a beautiful marriage of 20 years together and raised four wonderful children enjoying a life full of unconditional love, fun and adventure.
Carlos enjoyed spending time with family and close friends. His grandchildren were very special to him and he loved each of them with all his heart. Spending his time traveling, birding, biking, canoeing, and camping, or anything that brought him closer to nature was a good day. Throwing darts was a favorite pastime that he enjoyed with great friends. He was extremely crafty with his hands and could fix or build anything. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t learn, He taught himself how to make long bows and made many for friends and family. Recently he was interested in creating on his 3D printer making many different figurines for playing Hnefatafl a Viking Chess game. Intelligence came natural to him and he was happy to share all that he knew with anyone. His extremely witty personality always had you laughing, and he was absolutely fun to be around. Carlos loved telling stories of his youth and always had a way of making you want to hear it over and over. He was the life of the party with his hilarious sense of humor. Carlos enjoyed meditation and learning how to increase his spiritual knowledge and presence. Sharing this with others brought him great pleasure.
Carlos was a son, husband, father, papa, brother, uncle, cousin, and best friend that will be missed dearly. He touched the hearts of so many.
Proceeded in death by his parents Constance Eubanks & Frank Martinez, step father Sydney Vipperman. grandmother Eula Eubanks and Grandfather Carlos “Blackie” Eubanks.

Siblings, Tina Carlson (James Carlson) Kimberly Idaho, ZJ Martinez Seattle, WA, Eula Hagen (Kyle Hagen) Richland, WA, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews that were dear and precious to his heart.
Grandchildren: Keira Barbour, Trae Ortz, Weston Ortz, Arijana Aristedes, Parker Sheets, Raiden Ortz
Service will be held at Cloverdale Funeral Home at 1200 N. Cloverdale Rd, Boise, Idaho 83713. October 10, 2021 with a viewing at 11:00 and the service at 12:00, followed by a reception at the event center at Cloverdale Funeral Home.
