3 Flowers or Condolences have been shared with support of Daymond's family - View on Tribute Wall
Daymond Theodore Carlson entered into Heaven on Thursday, January 14th, 2021 and was reunited with his loving wife Sharon.
Daymond was born in Kimball, Nebraska to Harold and Addie Carlson on May 25th, 1946. Daymond was the first of six children. Daymond moved to Boise, where he grew up, when he was just seven years old. This was also where he met the love of his life, Sharon Kay Collingham, and they were married on February 5th, 1965. They started their family with daughter, Kay, and later a son, Ted.
Daymond and Sharon loved watching their kids grow up and were overjoyed when they became grandparents. Their grandchildren became the light of their lives. Daymond loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He enjoyed when the family would get together to go camping, riding four-wheelers, and fishing. When Daymond needed some quiet time you could find him most days working in his garden, and alongside him you would find his faithful dog Blue!
Daymond worked for numerous construction companies throughout his career in Boise like Capitol Paving and Wright Construction. His most recent was Central Paving where he took an early retirement due to his health issues.
Daymond was loved by all that had the chance to meet him.
Daymond is survived by his daughter, Kay (Bill) Weathers; son, Ted (Jackie) Carlson; five grandchildren, Billy (Bridgette), Laura, Mike (Darion), Cody (Manissa), and Chase (Ashleigh); seven great grandchildren, Wyatt, Landon, Charlie, Cooper, Caden, Cambrye, and Owen; sisters, Sandy (Willie), Sarah, and Sue (JC); and many more that he made feel like family.
Daymond was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sharon; his parents, Harold and Addie; and his brothers, Ronnie and Lyle.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to your favorite charity.
