Donald passed on December 30th, 2019 at his care facility in Boise, Idaho at the age of 78. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who know and love him. As a gesture of compassion for humanity and generosity, Donald has donated his body to science for the betterment of medicine and health care for future generations.
