Amy, I just saw this heartbreakingly devastating news. I am so sorry for the loss of your precious boy. I know how proud you are of him. I can't imagine the pain you are feeling. There are no words. I'm just so sorry. I will keep you all in my thoughts.

My heart aches for Amy, Brian and the Harper, White family to lose recently in death with his father, James, your precious loved one JJ after just 14 way too short years, way too young, way too soon. When death robs us of someone we love very much, it causes much sadness and grief. Words are so limited that can give comfort, so I would like to share with you beautiful scripture where Jesus makes us a wonderful promise at John 5:28, which says: "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out..." . Our heavenly father promises us to do away with man's worst enemy, death at Rev. 21: 4 which reads: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." 1 Corinthians 15: 26 tells us: "And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing." Ecclesiastes 9:11 enlightens us that unforeseen events happen to all of us. Hebrews 2:14b tells us: "so that through his (Jesus) death, he (Jesus) might bring to nothing the one having the means to cause death, that is, the Devil." God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises, here on earth, including the resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40, John 11:23-25, Acts 24:15) Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago." Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it." Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on Him and He will sustain you in your time of grief. I pray you find some comfort to please watch this beautiful video (song 144) entitled "Keep Your Eyes on the Prize" https://tv.jw.org/#en/video/VODChildren/pub-pksn_24_VIDEO

JJ is an amazing young man and he touched the hearts of many. He was a great friend and defender of those who could not defend themselves! He inspired others to be their best self . He was accepting of anyone( unless you are a bully, then he would put you in your place)!
He is known by his friends to always be silly and
make other people laugh!
JJ you will always have a place at the Palmer crazy house we love you and miss you everyday

JJ had a beautiful heart. This is clear from knowing the the role models who raised and taught him. In turn, he will continue to bless you and look after you for all your days. Please take comfort in knowing JJ is and will be with you always. God Bless you Amy and Brian. JJ and you both are and will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.
