Jeanette Marie Lawson

Jeanette Marie Lawson was born on May 19, 1945 in Morris, MN the daughter of Floyd and Ida Lawson. Jeanette was raised on the family farm in Alberta, MN. She was involved in Band, FHA, Student council, newspaper staff, and was also homecoming attendant, class treasurer and valedictorian in her class of 1963.
She was united in marriage to Virgil Larson. This union was blessed with three children: Deborah, David, and Jennifer. Upon separation, she went back to college and completed her Associates degree in Accounting. She then moved to Idaho in January 1980 where she continued to successfully raise her family. Jeanette has dedicated her life to Christian beliefs and has raised her children and grandchildren to entrust in the same values.
Jeanette passed away peacefully in the early morning of August 10th, 2018. She is survived by her three children: Deborah (and Joseph) Detwiler, David (and Lawanda) Larson, and Jennifer Carlson; and her grandchildren: Anthony Baird, Ryan Baird, Jessica Baird, Nicholas Lambert; Katie Larson, Jazale Banks, Michael Larson, Jakayla Banks; Destiny Carlson, Zachary Carlson, and Kory Winters.
She was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Ida Lawson and her brothers Duane and Ronald Lawson.
Jeanette’s passion in life was fly fishing and the outdoors, her children and grandchildren, and chocolate chip cookies. She will be missed by all who knew her.
