Her life reached its highest fulfillment when she became “Grammie” in 1995. She loved nothing more than making memories with all of her nine grandchildren. It simply was her largest joy in life. When she wasn’t spending quality time with her grandkids, Kathy enjoyed gardening, cooking and making the best homemade soup, riding her bike on the Greenbelt, boating, and visiting with friends. She also loved hiking, baking with her granddaughters, sunbathing, and chatting with everyone around her.
Ultimately, Kathy appreciated life’s little moments and gifts. She never knew a bad day due to her infectious smile and positive light that she shed. Everyone knew her for her selfless, genuine, and kind heart, and her amazing spirit will truly live on forever.
