Madelon K Kline

Medelon Kline passed at her family's home in Nampa on Wednesday, October 24th, 2018. She will be remembered with services beginning Sunday evening, October 28th, from 5pm to 7pm (viewing and visitation), and a funeral on Monday, October 29th, beginning at Noon at Cloverdale Funeral Home, proceeding to a graveside service at Dry Creek Cemetery immediately following.

Madelon was born May 30th 1937 by Charles and Eva Oliver in Glendale, CA.  She grew up in the LA area where she met her first Husband Darrell Chappell,  They moved to Bakersfield, Ca where they had 4 children, Dennie, Sandy, Gary and Karen.  The family moved several times between California and Idaho.

After Madelon and Darrell split up, Madelon would continue to raise her family in Idaho.

She had several careers in her life, she was a mom first, worked at the local grocery store, became a cake decorator, nurses aide, waitress, and house cleaner. She loved meeting new people and had several life long friends.

Madelon loved people, she would help in anyway she could, also thinking of others first.  She loved travel and adventure and always wanted to go where she'd never been, taking a trip around the country stopping for work when she needed money so she could move on to the next place.

She did marry a few more times but ultimately became very independent and had a special relationship with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Some of her favorite hobbies, Quilting, Bonsai, baking, making jelly, cake decorating and spending time with friends and family.  She also several little dogs in her life which she loved and cared for.
