Nicole Marie Seabolt was born in Elko, NV on April 29th 1991. She was the first out of twin girls born. Nicole grew up in Shelley Idaho and Idaho Falls before moving with her mom and sister to Kuna Idaho in 2002. Nicole attended Middle School and High School in Kuna Idaho where she graduated in May of 2009. Nicole married Jeffrey Seabolt on June 18th 2009. Jeffrey and Nicole began their journey of life together at Hill Air Force base in Utah. Nicole attended Stevens-Henager College were she obtained an Associates degree in Medical Assisting in August of 2011. Nicole enjoyed outdoor adventures with her husband and exploring. They enjoyed camping, shooting, kayaking, and hiking to new places and trails. Nicole became pregnant with her and Jeffrey’s first son Michael in March 2014. Michael age 5 was born on October 23, 2014, Just one year later they announced their second pregnancy with Gregory in October of 2015. Gregory age 3 was born on May 23rd 2016. Nicole was a devoted mother and wife. She would spend her next 4 years battling cancer while also doing everything in her power to make memories with her boys and husband a priority. She was gentle and kind and just had this power about her to calm anyone’s soul. Although Nicole was battling her own health she never stopped being there for anyone in need. She was there to always talk to and go to for advice, somehow she always knew the right words to give someone and help them through anything. Her two boys, her husband and family stayed at Nicole’s side while she took her last breath. Although she is gone in body she will never be forgotten in spirit. She will forever be with us.

Nicole is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Seabolt; Sons, Michael and Gregory Seabolt; Father, Alan Simmons Sr.; Brother, Alan Simmons Jr.; Sisters, Crystal Brinkerhoff and Tonya Simmons; Step Brother, Mitchell Chaney; Mother In Law, Debra Seabolt; and Father In Law, Ray Seabolt.
