Phyllis Patricia Ravina

Phyllis Patricia Ravina, age 89, of Boise, Idaho passed away March 3, 2023. Memorial services will be held at Cloverdale Funeral Home, 1200 N Cloverdale Rd, Boise, at 11:00AM April 8th. Services are under the direction of Cloverdale Funeral Home.

Phyllis was born in Boise, Idaho on December 10, 1933. She attended college, moved to California, then became a travel agent. She later moved to Hawaii. With each move, she made lifelong friends. While in Hawaii, Phyllis met her husband John and his two daughters Ruth and Sharon. They were married in 1971. In 1973 they had their son John Franklin.

Phyllis had a passion for working with miniatures and worked in two jobs where she found pleasure in building small dollhouse miniatures and accessories. Phyllis and her family lived in Hawaii for 25 years until she, her husband, and her son moved to Boise in 1995 after John retired.

Phyllis enjoyed traveling with her family on cruises to Alaska, the Panama Canal, the Caribbean, and Mediterranean. Phyllis especially enjoyed the nickel slot machines and getting feedback while sipping on her gin and tonics. She also loved to play Scrabble with her family and friends. She will be missed by her daughters Sharon and Ruth; son John; son-in-law Terry; three grandchildren Andrew, Anna, and Frankie; and her many other family and friends. The family sends a special thanks to all the doctors and staff at St. Luke's Hospital for the kind and loving care she received.
