Reita Rambo

Reita Jeane Rambo of Boise, ID passed away May 31, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Reita was born February 26, 1930 to Charles and ElReita Ford in Rigby, Idaho. She moved to Idaho Falls, ID in 1940 and then to Twin Falls, ID in 1942 where she finished school. August 16, 1948 she married the love of her life John William Rambo. They farmed in Kimberly ID from 1950 to 1953, they lived in Twin Falls until 1965 when John was transferred to Boise with Meadow Gold Dairies. She loved her family, kids, and especially her grandchildren. They enjoyed spending time at their lot in Donnelly Idaho, camping, fishing, water skiing, mushroom hunting and picking huckleberries. Reita enjoyed gardening and planting flowers, which was obvious to everyone that visited when they saw her yard.
Reita came from a family of ten children, two brothers and three sisters preceded her in death: Nolan, Leon, Shirley, Mary Ellen, and Raeola and her loving husband, John. She is survived by her brothers Don and Ray, sisters Linda and Deoine of Twin Falls. Son John (Carol) Webb, Ruebens, ID, Jerry Rambo, Hanford, CA, daughter, Julie (Phil) Shira, Boise ID. Eight Grandchildren Tyra, Chelsie, Brandon, John, Stephanie, Shawn, Natalie, and JD and 13 great grandchildren.
The funeral Service will be held Saturday June 9, 2018 at 2pm, with a viewing prior at 1pm at the Northview LDS Chapel, 6711 Northview Street in Boise. The interment will take place following the service at Terrace Lawn Memorial Gardens.
