Ruth M Alexander

R. Mary Ann Alexander went to be with her Lord at the age of 83, Wednesday April 24, 2019 surrounded by her family in Boise Idaho.

Mary Ann was born to parents Carl and Mia Gustafson January 26,1936 in Bellingham Washington. She was married to Orval Alexander in 1952. She is survived by her husband Orval Alexander, daughter Nancy Strain, son Dale Alexander, and daughter Darlene McKim, as well as brother Philip Gustafson, and sister Mae Quigley. She is survived by a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A pastor's wife and missionary for more than 50 years, an excellent Bible teacher, and loved to play the piano. One of her favorite pastimes was reading, and she had a wonderful sense of humor. She always loved to have a good laugh. 

Mary Ann was always thinking of others. She never forgot a birthday or holiday. And, it was absolutely necessary for all cards to arrive on time - which meant early. 

Mary Ann's faith in God was the most important thing to her. She always said "you go when your mansion is ready".  Next was her family and friends which she loved deeply, and made sure all knew how much she loved them. She always had a big hug ready for all.

She was greatly loved and will truly be missed. 

A private graveside service will be held on Thursday May 2, 2019 at 1:00PM at the Cloverdale Cemetery in Boise Idaho. 

At a later date a Celebration of Life will be held in Arizona.
