Sally Ann Weiskircher

Sally Ann Weiskircher, 78, of Meridian, Idaho passed away on October 26th, 2018.
Sally was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on June 25th, 1940 to Clyde Joseph and Sara Louise (Floyd) Lewis.  On June 28th, 1958, she married the love of her life George Henry Weiskircher.  She is survived by her husband of 60 years, George; her six children Scott (Tina) Weiskircher, Gary (Dawn) Weiskircher, Kamy (Jeff) Cade, Kristi Weiskircher, Jeff (April) Weiskircher, Kirk (Mandy) Weiskircher; 24 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren; her sisters Patty (Bob) Long and Nancy (Cecil) Stemple; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents. 
Sally was happiest when she was around her family.  As her family has grown and spread out, she has always made time to visit everyone and let them know how much she loved them.  She was always there for everyone in the family and had a very close relationship with her kids and grandkids.  Sally spent many hours attending her kids and grandkids sporting events and activities.
Sally was very creative.  One of her many passions was Painting.  She was a member of the Idaho Chapter of Heritage Artists.  Every year she went to a painting retreat with her dear friends from ICHA that she always looked forward to.  In 2015, The Society of Decorative Painters awarded her the Outstanding Chapter Service Award for all her great work with the local chapter.
Sally also loved to sew.  She made clothes for the family to include matching Christmas pajamas and t-shirts for family vacations.  Wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and alternations were not her favorite, but she did these with love for her family.
A Funeral Reception will be held at 1950 Locust Grove in Meridian, Idaho, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm on Friday, November 2nd, 2018.
