Virginia R Vincent

Virginia Rosella “Gin” Vincent passed away peacefully at the Spring Creek Assisted Living Facility in Meridian Idaho, on July 1, 2018 at the age of 94.
Virginia is survived by a sister Marge Hindman of California, her son Ralph H. Vincent, wife Mary, and sons John, Scott, and Robert of Boise, Idaho, her daughter Lucy Jones, husband Randy, and daughters Jenny and Angie of Meridian, Idaho, and a host of grand-kids. She is preceded in death by her husband John “Jack” Vincent, Boise, Idaho, and brothers Charles, Robert, and Bill Hindman.
Virginia was born on March 15 1924 in Hollywood, CA., to Samuel and Lucinda Hindman. She graduated from Uni High School in 1942, and became a teller for a Santa Monica Bank Branch.
She married John Vincent in 1946, and had two children. The couple followed Jack’s work across the country, before settling in Canoga Park, CA. Jack moved his family to Boise, Idaho in 1960, where he started a building business and Gin kept the books.
Retiring in 1985, they spent many happy hours with their kids and grand-kids at a cabin in Round Valley, Idaho. Jack passed away in 2006. In 2017, Virginia gave up her home for assisted living care.
