Dorothy Virginia Woods

Dorothy Virginia Woods, 90, of Boise Idaho went to be with her Lord and Savior, Sunday, May 24, 2020, Peacefully at home of natural causes.

She was born in 1930 in Rogersville, Tennessee, one of six children to Gale and Elsie Davis.

Dorothy grew up working in the tobacco fields as well as taking care of the household and younger siblings. she loved visiting friends and relatives and listening to bluegrass music as well as cooking and canning. She grew up as a southern Baptist and enjoyed church services and fellowship when she could attend.

She is preceeded in death by her loving husband James, her parents and twin boys.
She is survived by her 4 children; Charles "Eddy", Elizabeth "Libby", James "Jim", and Elsa "Paula"; 6 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2020 at 2pm at Terrace Lawn Memorial Gardens in Meridian, Idaho.
