Juanita Therese Jones

Juanita Jones passed away on Monday Dec. 17, 2018 surrounded by her many family members and friends.
Juanita was born and raised on a ranch outside of Shoshone, Idaho.  After graduating from Shoshone High School, she attended nursing school at St. Alphonsus in Boise.  She married Robert W Jones (Bob) on June 5, 1965.  Juanita and Bob raised three kids: Sonia, Melissa and Kent.  They then raised granddaughter/adopted daughter, Chelsea.  Juanita worked at an optometrist office and then as a Chapter One/Title One Tutor at Garfield Elementary.  Juanita will be sorely missed as she was loved by many people who touched her life as much as she touched their lives.
She is survived by Sonia, Kent, Chelsea, 5 other Grandchildren (Rob, Breanna, Brandi, Bryce and Brock), along with her sister Audrey Wilder.  She was proceeded in death by husband Bob, daughter Melissa, granddaughter Amber, parents Richard and Marguerite, and brother Raymond Haga.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 22nd at 10 am at Our Lady of the Rosary Church.  A viewing and Rosary services will be held Friday, December 21st at 6:30 pm.
