Funeral service will be on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Cloverdale Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Friday, March 24, 2017 between 5:00 - 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at Terrace Lawn Memorial Gardens, Meridian.
Margaret Belle McGhee was born on July 28, 1926 in the town of Mill Grove, Missouri to Elza and Opal Moore. When she was a small child they moved to Gooding, Idaho where she grew up and graduated high school. Margaret met the love of her life, Earl McGhee, in Gooding where they fell in love and married. They spent 64 plus years together. In 1950 they had their only daughter, Marsha, who was the sunshine in their life. Belle worked for Boise State University where she spent many years and also retired from. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She had many hobbies she enjoyed which included: snowmobiling, painting and making porcelain dolls, embroidery, gardening, playing cards, dancing and fishing. Margaret was dedicated to being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a great-great grandmother. She is survived by five grandchildren; Leisa Nelson, Kristen Nelson, Megan (Alex) Parker, Alex (Jessica) Phillips, Jennifer (Jacob) Garsez. She was survived by 11 great grandchildren; Jason Nelson, Jessica Nelson, Connor Nelson, Sabyr Buffington, Brycen Nelson, Lola Nelson, Zoey Parker, Zekiel Parker, Audrey Phillips, Emily Phillips, Zander Garsez and great-great grandchild Ava Coneff. She was proceeded in death by husband, Earl McGhee and daughter, Marsha Phillips. Margaret has gone home to be with our loving Father, she will be dearly missed and always remembered.
